	Ditto - Mommy is thinking about getting one (not sooner but like in the next year or two) also where is the best place to buy from if we chose to adopt (buy) a new baby?

	Savannahs are awesome! But they are not for everyone. If you are not ready for a super active cat or you are overly fond of leaving breakables out, it won't be a happy marriage. But if you don't mind having your stuff disturbed and are ready for a clever, busy friend, who will never let you get bored, then you have made a good choice. If you have older or more sedentary cats in your home, you might not want to put them through having an overactive playmate who doesn't have an off-switch. You should research the generations as the early generations can be a bit more challenging. Where to get them? Only a good reputable breeder. Get on a list and ask. Better yet, stay on an SV list and read, read, read. Ask questions. You will get not only lots of friendly information, but you will get to know the breeders and owners and see lots of pics. That way, you will know who you want to buy from and what you are looking for.

	Agree'd Savannah's are amazing, and loving, but get cranky a lot! Although Fawns mixed with a Tabby But we got her from the vet! we were so lucky!
