 | | | | I took her to the vet today. How do I know that the mice isn't what caused this? I wish I had a stool sample, but I didn't know I was taking her to the vet today so I didn't try to get one.
Anyway, she seemed fine other than one slightly elevated liver enzyme. No temp, not dehydrated. Probably because I force fed her today and gave her some water and slippery elm by syringe last night.
I guess it could be coccidia, but the first symptom wasn't diarrhea, it was loss of appetite and nausea. The diarrhea has happened once a day since Sunday. She is now on albon (antibiotic) which usually treats coccidia but she hasn't been diagnosed with anything due to no stool sample. I hate giving antibiotics, but I can't just do nothing.
She doesn't eat the mice every time. And I'm scared to feed them to her now. | | | | |
