 | |  | | This is Delyte. Help me, you can't imagine the torture she is putting me through! She bought me a dog sweater and is making me wear it! The humiliation, the constriction, the warmth ... oh, wait a minute, maybe this isn't too bad. But it's too tight--even I, skinny as I am, am apparently a medium. She says she is going to go and get another one for me tomorrow. It's supposed to keep me from pulling out my fur and being cold this winter. It *is* a beautiful color, turquoise, with my black fur.
Pandora, my person always kept the kittens shut in the bathroom, and when she was a kid she had a rabbit who spent time in the bathroom. [She would unwind the toilet roll and also ate some of the shower curtain.] Congrats on the kittens! Hope the mother cat is alright after delivering that huge load for her. Mother Nature certainly works in mysterious and uncomfortable ways.
[I had to take the sweater off as he would not use the pan with it on, even though it doesn't reach much below his waist. He certainly didn't seem to mind it too much, though, and it was too tight. We'll see if I can get it back onto him. Since it is supposed to be nearly 70 here by Saturday, even the cold-blooded old guy won't need a sweater for a while. I thought he'd like the sensation of being warm--it's a cable-knit turtleneck--and I guess he did. Any other kitties like wearing clothes? |  |  | |  |

)to stray far from her (great big) cage. It is sad but I put the cage in my bedroom with a nice window to see out of and make a sunny patch, much like it was at my friend's house. The other kitts all pile up into baskets that I have in front of windows in the living room. There is so much loud purring going on I'll just about go to sleep if I sit near them too long!
She does say that it feels weird to hold me in the sweater--she's never had a clothed pet before. Purrs to all and have a great 2012!!
