Have you tried going to you local newspaper? A lady a couple of streets away from me did that last summer. She too had never been to the vets and only had a couple of photos on her mobile phone. It seems you've got much more that that. I don't know if she got her cat back but worth a try. ..............failing that wait for Sassy to be let out / escape and cat nap her
