Since several people on here are asking for recipes, I thought I would share.

1/4 lb Chicken Breast
1/4 lb Chicken Hearts
1/4 lb Chicken Livers
1/4 cup Sweet Potatoes
1/4 cup Broccoli
1/4 cup Apples
1/4 cup Kelp

Boil everything for about an hour, or until the water boils. Let cool and drain. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Serve.

Tyrone, I hope you're not feeding this exclusively. It's really not balanced and there's no source of calcium in addition to other minerals. The proper ratios are 80% muscle meat, 10% bone, 5% liver and 5% other organ. These are proportions for raw, but I believe they would apply for any type of food - except the bone obviously, which should never be cooked.
