| | Purred: Sun Dec 31, '06 3:32pm PST | | | | | | Hi Hazel Lucy and Caststers! Thanks so much for including me in your purring! Wow, so many kitties are sick right now! I am purring for each and every one to get better and most of all, not suffer.
Unfortunately my vet visit was kind of unproductive. The good thing is the my UTI is all better (and that means no more meds for now!). But it turns out the vet couldn't do an ultrasound. Nobody told my mom that she had to make an appointment with a specialist so we still don't know if the mass in my tummy is benign or if it's the dreaded big "C." We have an appointment for January 12 to see a specialist and get an ultrasound and a biopsy.
I also have hyperthyroidism and a heart murmur and a yucky, uncomfortable eye condition called entropion.
But with all those things, I'm doing okay right now. I'm eating and am fairly comfortable. Hopefully that will continue!
