Beef? yay or nay?

Haha, 2 questions: Is this ok to give often as a treat (we're always makin' Hamburger Helper) ?? 2nd, if I wanted to make a balanced meal out of it, what would I add to it?? I don't really think a cat would naturally eat a cow in the wild though... unless the cat happened to be a tiger or a lion. That's why I'm wondering if the beef is ok. |  |  |  |  |

Ground beef though has a higher risk of salmonella and also had many of the nutrients destroyed when ground.
A balanced raw meal would be 80-85% muscle meat (heart counts for that as well, 5-10% small edible bones, 5% liver, 5% other secreting organ (I use kidney). If you could go all raw that would be great for your little carnivores |  |  |  |  |
