Help 1/20, Sunday, Raynam MA to Auburn MA

This is a special place for Catsters to help Catsters arrange for community transport of rescues or cats being re-homed. Even though we love our community, please remember this is the Internet. Be sure not to post personal information publicly or share it prematurely; always use your best judgment when working with people unknown to you. Thanks for helping our furry friends get to their furrever homes!

I'll be taking the Auburn to Hartford one. If someone can help with the Raynam, MA to Auburn, MA leg and contact Linda off this list, that would make the transport final. Thank you SO much if you can help!

PERMISSION AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO CROSSPOST!

**See times and all proposed legs of this transport below this message**

We are working on a large scale hoarder situation involving more than
70 cats plus kittens in Canada that have been signed over to our
rescue. While the cats aren't in serious trouble yet, we need to move
them out at a very steady pace. On Sunday, 1/20/08, Canadian Pet
Rescue will be helping by transporting a large number of these cats
to Noah Rescue in Raynham, MA but we need to move some of those
further to Slinky Katz Rescue. All cats will be spayed or neutered at
the receiving rescue. All are UTD on FVRCP and Rabies. They will be
traveling in their own carriers with their health records. There will
be a total of 7 cats and 5 kittens in 8 carriers on this portion of
the trip. Since this transport is coming in initially from Canada,
this portion has to start rather late in the day. (This transport may
be able to start an hour or so earlier than I'm estimating but I
won't know until later this week.)

If you can help, please contact me directly by changing the subject
line of this message to: "MA/CT TRANSPORT HELP 1/20" and replying
privately - NOT on list - OR by calling me toll free at 888-303-9454.
I don't want to miss an offer!

If you cannot transport, PLEASE help by telling others about this
plea to help us find transporters!

THANK YOU!

Linda

This run has filled thanks to the generosity and kind hearts of some
very wonderful people - some who offered to transport and some who
cross-posted and/or told their friends!

Thank you!
