Pouncer (in- Loving- Memory)

	I had to do an emergency move at the beginning of June - 38 hours before we left our truck was stolen - so 3 of my 4 kitties went to a friend who runs a rescue. Pouncer my 8 year old cat went to a friend. This "friend" said she'd watch Pouncer for 3-4 months Well. she has changed her mind - she'll be taking Pouncer to the "Pound" soon because she doesnt want to watch her anymore Pouncer is in Austin and we are outside Orlando I did find someone who could bring her here via shipping (in a van) but not until the end of August If anyone can help PLEASE I need my kitty back - and I do not want this 'friend' to hurt her!

	Nice "friend",i have to say!! And kudos to you for wanting your baby back!! I live in Canada,so i don't know what to do to help.. For sure,i hope someone that lives near you can and will reunite you with your little girl!!! Please keep us posted!! I am purring and praying....but this "friend" of yours cannot even arrange the transportation back to you?? I really have no words....do not loose hope,i am sure here the wonderful people at catster will help you and Ponce to have your so deserved happy ending..

	Oh my goodness! Not much of a "friend," is she?? What about your other kitties? Are they in danger of being sent to the shelter, too? We're in Michigan, so that's not much help, but have you talked to this so-called friend about possibly taking Pouncer to a kennel instead of a shelter for the time being? It could be somewhat expensive, but at least she would be safe for now. We're purring for you, Pouncer!

	Not a very good friend. There are shelters in Austin - maybe they could keep her for a few months. It would be nice if your so called friend could help for another month or so.

	Just wanted to update ya'll I found foster care for Pouncer until we can find a way to get her out here... thankfully the other babies are with a rescue group - the two babies have been adoped and she kept the other kitty (because unfortunately w/ no vehicle we had no way to get 'em here to FL - they are very much missed but in wonderful homes)

	That's good news. Thank goodness!! My foster dad has a niece in college in Austin, but I doubt if she could help because she's in a dorm during the year and home for the summer and her mom hates cats . However, we were gonna ask anyway. I know some folks in several cities in TX who might possibly be willing to help if I twisted arms, but no one who could help get kitty the rest of the way to you. Please keep us in the loop and the Catster Railroad too so we can try to find a way to get your kitty home safe and sound to you. Good luck.
