i bought a liquid form of glucosamine chondroitin MSM.

i am wondering what the dose would be for a cat? the cat is now 13 or 14 years old.

in a 10ml serving it has

500mg Glucosamine hydrochloride
360mg chondroitin sulfate
400mg MSM

thanks!

well I use Cosequin for Cats brand capsules, and they get 1 cap 2 times a day.

Each Capsule Contains
Glucosamine HCL 99+% 125 mg
Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate (95%)
and Mixed Glycosaminoglycans (5%) 100 mg
Ascorbate (as Manganese Ascorbate) 8 mg
Manganese (as Manganese Ascorbate) 1 mg

So 10ml is about 2 tsp at 500mg, so maybe 1/2 tsp 2 times a day. You could try that 1 time a day for starters. wave

Sorry for the delay...it seems from what I have found that MSM is safe for cats, but I would double check with your vet first. Better to be safe!
