indoors Arrival Story: After we had moved back in 2005, we decided to look for a companion. We went to PetSmart on a Saturday (Adoption Day) to look at kittens. Beauty (then named Cinderella), was sleeping at the bottom of a cage with two siblings sleeping on top of her. After spending a little time with them, it was definite that Beauty was the right one.
Beauty is now 4 years old, and during those 4 years, we have bonded happily with eachother and whenever I talk to her, she meows back an answer.
I just love her to pieces, and I'm sure she feels the same way, too! It's been a while since we've logged on to Catster! Things have been very busy here lately. Just wanted to say that we haven't forgotten about our wonderful friends on here! We hope everycat is doing well! Things have been getting back to normal here, so that means Meowmy will be able to have more time for Catster!
Today is the day Meowmy found Mallory on our front porch! And since Mallory was a stray, Meowmy doesn’t know her actual date of birth so last year Meowmy decided to make July 17th Mallory’s b-day. Happy 4th Birthday, Mallory!
Also, we have some good news! Mallory is in her new home now and is doing great! She loves it there and has wonderful new pawrents so that makes us happy.

The other day Muffin caught a baby mole near Grandmaw's shed in her backyard. Grandmaw was watching him from a window and quickly ran to the door to shut it before Muffin could bring the mole inside the house. Instead of waiting for the door to open, he went straight to the patio table and dropped the mole right there. Good thing he didn't eat it!
