Mom is going crazy right now. Mom of course loves me dearly but I have been doing some things lately that are driving her nuts.
The whole constantly trying to barry my food thing is making her crazy. Its like I am obsessed with it honestly. I dig all the food out of my bowl. Its also a very loud process where the whole bowl slaps on the ground. I do this at night as well and mom is scared the neighbors are going to hear because it is so loud. Everytime I hear any of the other cats eating in the bowl I run full speed over there and push them out of the way and try to barry the food.
Gordy tries to eat and when he eats he takes a few peices out and drops them on the floor and eats them from there. Lately I have been pushing him out of the way and eating his few pieces.
I also am still trying to tip the water dish over with all my might. Water is constantly splashing and the bowl (its a water fountain) is always sliding everywhere. Mom finally put our food and water bowls on a boot mat so the water doesnt go all over the carpet.
I ALWAYS have food in my bowl. I have never not eaten in a day or anything. It just doesnt make sense. Is it a dominance thing? Is it something I am doing for attention? How does mom stop it? This has been going on for months now and like mom said its like every 10 minutes I am over there trying to barry it.
Sorry this got to long but mom is hoping someone will have advice.
Maybe mom should start feeding us at specific times instead of all day feedings but how many times a day? That still doesnt take care of the water thing because we always need water.
