Arrival Story:
Sylvester was found by a realtor, abandoned in a vacant house along with two other cats, without food or water. All three cats were turned over to the local animal shelter, where I was volunteering on a weekly basis. The owner of the cats, who was wanted for check forgery, was eventually tracked down, but refused to sign the cats over to the animal shelter, thereby rendering them ineligible for adoption. After six weeks or so she was sentenced to jail, at which point she finally agreed to relinquish all three cats. During his lengthy stay at the shelter I got to know Sylvester quite well; he was a bit of a rascal, but also a very loving and affectionate cat. He would nuzzle my eyes with the softest of kisses, and, as they say, the rest is history. He is still a bit of a rascal, quite a bit actually, but he is without a doubt my most affectionate cat. By preference he likes to lay on me, or at least touching me, all the while purring like a wounded tiger. When he was younger I could drape him across my shoulders and walk around with him, however, he put on a few pounds over the years, so that's no longer possible. As far as weight is concerned, he would really like to break the Guiness book of records , so he and I have a daily battle of wills over food. He gives me these mournful looks, as in "why are you starving me, can't you see I'm wasting away to nothing." He is certainly a character and I can't imagine life without him.

Oh my Sweet Girl, the sweetest there ever was, what a happy day this is for me! Imagine, if your Mom hadn't gotcha on this day way back when, we might never have met n' what a sad day this would be for Sillyvester without his bootiful BonBon!
So give a Mom a whiskerkissie from me for getting me my Furever Love.........
And oodles of Love to you, my Darling Girl, who brings the sunshine in the morning n' happy dreams at nite......, which might just turn out to be real tonite!

BonBon, I hope you're having the most pawsome day today, with lots of purresents and cupcakes, to make you even sweeter than you are already, as if that were possible.
You are the best thing that ever happened to me, my sweet sunshine girl! I'll sneak over through the tunnel in a little while, get yourself ready for lots of snorgels and kissies!!!

Guess what: I was tagged to play this game by the delightful Marrakech. (She's such a sweet girl).
Here are the rules:
Name the 5 most annoying things your humans do, then tag 5 others to keep it going.
1. Not feeding me enough. Don't they realize I'm still a growing boy and therefore need lots of calories? I'm just a walking bag of bones, look at my pictures, I'm in a pityful state!
2. Like my sisfur Keisha I hate closed doors. Unlike her though, I have managed to master the art of opening quite a few and have perfected the modification of screen doors by creating my own cat doors. Which is of course to the benefit of everyfur else too, but not one them has thanked me so far, ungrateful lot.
3. Mom not letting me stay snuggled up to her all the time. I like to lay in the crook of her right arm, as close as possible.
She says it interferes with her Catster time, because she can't move her arm as she wants, plus my skinny posterior is on what she calls her mousepad. I have never seen a mouse anywhere near it, so why mousepad?????? Don't they have their own home somewhere?
4. I really, really hate that contraption Mom uses sometimes to flush me out from under the bed. It makes the most awful noise & scares the living daylights out of me. Kitty cruelty is what I call it, there ought to be a law against it.
5. Not being able to do what I want when I want, I should be allowed the freedom to live my life exactly as I see fit, with no interference from anyone.
Seems that everyfur is pretty much tagged out, so if anyfur would like to continue, feel free.
