Pet-Peeves: water, bath time he'll climb up the medicine cabinet to avoid it- Since his first bath, he's discovered he LOVES water and bathtime..he takes baths on his own and loves to play in the tub! (10/31/08)

Favorite Nap Spot: my lap or his carrier. 10/31/08 on a fleece blanket especially if I'm under it.
Favorite Food: Not sure, only eats kitten dry at this time- Anything his bruffur Luka is eating

Arrival Story: my landlord found a stray kitten roaming in the lobby/hall and she immediately thought of me to contact since she knows that I've been looking for a little brother for Luka.
I went to check this kitten out and oh I was a goner. The coloring is white/grey opposite pattern of Luka's so it just seemed like the kitty angels had this all planned out.
Immediately I took this kitten to be checked out and found out he's a boy, 8 weeks and weighs 2 lbs 2 oz. hehehe. Luka has been a very great big brother already.
Bio: Vote for Zaynie in the World's Coolest
The name Zany came to me while I was filling out the paperwork at the Vet. Unsure at the time of the gender of this kitten, but watching his personality the word Zany came to mind..and it fits.
Zany is well zany LOL. He's very playful, soo much energy and I swear can be a professional rock climber if he were human =)

oh boy o boy o boy!!!!!!
After all day of being a 'gremlin' as mommee calls me when I have oodles energy this morning...rough housing with luka even if he didn't want to, makin him meow like crazy. Mommee scooped me up, rocked me in her arms and set me down for my late morning nap. Ya see I usually go for my nap on my own, but fur some reason today I was too distracted with playing to think about sleep.
Fast forward to afternoon.
We had our afternoon serving of canned food YUMMI!
I napped a wee bit more. After more 'rough housing' with luka, ppftt he doesn't like to play like that I found my mousie n chased that around MOL.
Then it happened....mommee corralled us into separate rooms *with treats of course heehee**!! OMKittiness I thought I was in trouble again!!! a few moments later, from the bedroom I could hear the doorbell, then a voice. Mommee opened our doors to let us out.
WOWEEE WOWEE!!! The furtabulous smells I was smelling!!!
Luka n I were all over mommee to get a sample of whatever it was she had in her hands.
She called us to sit at our bowls...There was sum stuff in it...not our usual canned food...smellled YUMMIER!!!
IT WAS FISH!!!!! MOMMEE GAVE ME MY FIRST TASTE OF REAL REAL REAL FISH!!!
She offered me a bite of french fry..pfffft mommee should know once ya have fish ya can't go back to fries MOL.
O M Kittieness!!! Since that wonderful yummilishious taste of fish I have been zipping n racing from corner to corner- hehehehe chasing Luka all the more!! MOL

THAT WAS THE BEST DINNER EVER IN MY KITTY LIFE!!!!!
**sighs** whew I'm getting a wee bit tired...but NO I must PLAY ON!!!! MOL!!!!!
since I've been living with mommee she's been trying to tell me yes/no - where my limits and boundaries are. First of all mommee, I"M A KITTEN!!! I *MUST* explore effury inch of my surroundings!!!! MOL
Second, uhm I'm a feline and well....that says it all MOL.
Luka is a strange kitty- he understands her kittinese as he tells me. They have discussions about lots of things, she explains why he can or cannot do something and after that when he starts doing something all she has to do is make a sound or say 'hey' and he stops... weird I tellya!
none of that works for me. Yesterday tho, someting strange happened. I was being the cute fun curious kitten I am - I guess I was doing something I wasn't supposed to do, and I guess I tried mommee's patience cuz she started speaking to me in SPANISH!!!!! Not only that but I understood what she was saying and stopped whatever it was I was doing.
We both thought it was a one time thing...a fluke.
BUT......twice today she was speaking to me in spanish and I listened!!!!!
I'm bi-meowy!!! I wonder if my meows are in spanish? MOL
dear diary,
mommee finally found a place to feed me. I'm what mommee calls into high dining.
ya see, my big bruffur luka has been eating my food, and well I confess I've been eating his food too *giggles* but mommee says it is not healthy for Luka the adult kitty to be eating kitten only food.
Since Luka hates to go high, or do any fun kitty stunts like uhm..jumping or balancing
*unless it's for Dominos Pizza, then look out mommee!!*
Like I was mewing, she decided to put my food atop that cool yellow clubhouse.
well Luka caught on to the scent and well.....he climbed onto the coffee table and oh so carefully pawed and reached for my food.
She tried feeding me in my carrier, again big bruffur got in there MOL.
The other day mommee put my bowl in my favorite play spot- THE SINK!
Talk about High Dining!!
After flipping the bowl over, and other mishaps I finally got it! Mommmee too.
She closes the drain and pours my dry crunchies in the sink so I can eat any time I want! For our special times I make mommee hand feed me just cuz I like eating with her hehehe.
The sink is in the big litterbox room so all the stinkies me n luka make cover up the yummie aroma of my food. So far *paws crossed* Luka hasn't figured out yet where my food is ;)
I still sneak in a few kibbles of his food....tho not so much. Hey it's yummie!
and I'm learning how to sit like Luka when mommee serves us our canned kitty food luka and I eat together.
Mommee says I'm growing up!!!
