Wilson J Scooter's Life in Whine Country

FUN ON FOUR LEGS

Ever since my new sister Hallie Baloo has come to live with us... my life has seemed so much more fun. Before she came... I didn't have any toys that moved on their own. Now I have my sister... hehehehe.

I am quiet the good sized fellow ... and she... just a tiny little thing. But don't let that fool you. She is as fast as a whip ... with the courage of a Lion ... and can take me down on the ground in two seconds flat! I have absolutely no idea how she does it... but she does. Now this might bother some of my mancat buddies ... but me ... I'm just a laid back guy who is very entertained by her Chutzbah. I can stand tall over her and get that "look in my eye" ... but does she run and take cover... not on your life! She goes low... tilts that head up at me and gives me the eye. This gives me the eebie jeebies and the next thing you know... the look in my eye looks away. Yup... I can't even keep eye contact with that little spitfire. She wins hands down... MOL!

I find this to be lots of fun and don't find that I need to be the big bad ruler dude in the house. Hey if she wants to take charge of everyone and everything... she is welcome to do just that. We were lacking a little structure around here anyway!

Most of all ... Hallie has become my best friend... and I would do anything in the world for her. As a matter of fact... she and I are on a trip with our friends Simon and his sister Willow. We are traveling around the world right now and are having the time of our lives. Hallie has lived a "sheltered" life and I feel it is my responsibility... as her big brother... to help her make up for lost time.

We've had a wonderful time in Portugal and Spain ... and are now working our way through France. Hallie and Willow are both keeping journals of our trip... and each day they are both very eager to go somewhere else that is new. What could be better than opening up the world to a young girl that spent the first five years of her life in captivity with 200 other felines. I don't take her freedom lightly ... and I will do everything in my power to make the rest of her life as wonderful as mine has been for the last 12 years.

One more thing that impresses me about her... is her ability to shop at a moments notice.
In order for me to go shopping... I have to need something first. Not my sister. She can shop in her sleep I'm sure... and "need" is not a word in her vocabulary.... but the word "want" is!! I believe she has bought enough postcards to send every cat in Catsterland at least two each. I had to get my own postage machine.

I guess the whole point of my diary entry today ... is that February is known as the month of Love ... and with so many couples out their in Catster showing their love for each other... I just want to remind all of you... that love begins at home.

OPERATION TIGGER HUNT IS OVER ... THEY ARE BACK!

ATTENTION ALL CATSTERS:
The CASA RED ALERT is now over. Our Catstronauts Tigger and Cali have returned. Thank you all for the energy that you put forth in trying to find them. Now the Chef and Pharoah can relax and don't have to follow Miz Rose any longer... she is now off the hook.
Since Tigger and Cali found themselves... we shall send the reward Zealies on to them. All is well once again in our Catsterland.
