I want a home

i'm still looking for that purrrrson to adopt! i've made lots of friends here and they are all so nice to me. they all wish i had a forever home too! i napped on the sofa in the living room last night. The lady took some pics. the other 2 cats and the lady were looking at the talking box. i figured that if they were looking at the box then i would too but i started to chortle then i fell asleep. the lady tried to sneak over and touch my head but i was too fast for her and hopped off and went to my room. she keeps touching and hugging the other cats... they seem to really like it. it looks interesting but i'm still not sure about all that. it's a little scary when the big hand comes at me...i do like the toys she keeps giving me though... something in them just makes me go nuts...

Hi - ADOPTABLE STILL

Hello Efureybody... well this moring at work the lady found out i was Diary pick of the day for Saturday. she was so excited but then so upset. you see something happened on friday night that i still don't understand. she was somewhere called a "gym" and came home with her bottom paw all broken. the guy and the lday said that her ankle was sprained. both ankles. let me tell you something. i spent many many years walking the mean streets of NYC and i've NEVER EVER heard anyone scream and cuss the way she did! it was scary. i hid for a while just incase she was mad at me but when i stuck my head out from under the sofa she looked me in the eyes and said in a nice voice "i'm sorry about the yelling seabass, its not you." so that made me feel ok. i wanted to help her feel better like her other cats were doing. the fat one was laying at her feet keeping them warm and the fuzy one with the war paint on her nose was keeping her head warm. but i just looked at her, wished her well and continued onto my box under the dining table. So with all that said she never check her paw mails on Saturday and there fore didn't know i was a diary pick of the day. she feels horrible!! i guess i can forgive her cause she gives me food all the time.... anyway thanks Catster for the honors..... and i'm still up for adoption.

No One wants Me!!

Hi !!

i'm still living at the house with the lady who took me from the streets. the other day she tried to get me in the box! she said we'd go to Petco for something called adoption day. well, i was having none of it! i kept running away from her!!! she finally gave up and let me sleep on the box! her fat cat Jack and the one with the war paint on her nose... Bibi Anne still don't like me. i try being nice but they keep hissing at me!!! so i just stay in the room most of the time and play with my toys!! i've destroyed most of them..... the lady said she's never seen anything like it. mouse guts everywhere!

I've improved!!!

So the lady says that i've gotten way better. i now hang out under the dinner table on my box. i play real good with toys! i was laying on the floor the other day and she walked right by me.... i hardly flinched! well maybe a little but i didn't go under the couch! i love Iam's crunchy food. She pet me the other day, it kida caught me off guard and it scared me so i just cowered on the corner of the chair. she said she was sorry and that she didn't mean to frighten me but she was real proud that i didn't run away. she said maybe one day she'd be able to kiss my head! i've seen her kiss the other cats here but what if she bites instead?? i don't want my head bitten!
oh and she keep calling me seabass.... i thought i was Sebastian......

oh well...

hope i get adopted soon.

Hello Catsters!

The lady said I should write a diary entry on how she and the guy adopted me. I’m not sure what that means except that she said I would be staying in this house. Well I didn’t think I was going anywhere cause I don’t let her touch me let alone put me in a box!! The lady said something about this is my forever home. I guess this is a good thing.. no???? Everyone’s been nice to me except for Bibi Anne (the one with the war paint on her nose) she likes to attack me once in a while, she gets yelled at and I run away… I like Jack better! The lady said she’d be putting up my 8x10 glossy to join the wall o’ cats…. That’s good cause I look great in pictures with my dazzling blue eyes!

So I now have a forever home!!!

She did it...

Well folks its finally happened. Over the weekend i was just hanging out when The Lady started petting the other 2. I've seen her do it so may times to them and so many times i've thought that's just to weird.... being touched...... well i walked on over to her while she was petting them.... i got a little bit closer then a little bit more..... i saw the big hand coming at me so i stopped and backed away.... she went back to petting the other 2...... i walked forward again...... and stopped again when i saw the big hand... It's scary you know...... The Lady said she had an idea..... at this point i had my back to her cause jack was telling me something, then i felt it.... it was soft and it went up and down my back... it felt good. then i felt it go up to my neck, then my head.. OMG!!! this is fantastic i thought.. but what was it? i turned slightly and to my horror it was her hand!! she was petting me!! i was going to run away but realized that it felt really good so i stayed there. she kept petting me. it wasn't hurting or anything. i like being petted. but i like it when i don't see the hand coming at me.. she continued to pet me all weekend, everytime she passed by me she pet me. The lady even started to cry cause she was telling the guy (daddy as jack & bibi call him) that now I really like and trust them. I guess that may be true.
So, now i know that i like being petted and that its really not that bad, especially right behind the ears and neck. my 2 new favorite spots.

Its good having a home. I hope that one day all cats & dogs and other furry creatures have it as good as i do. i'm sure glad i stepped in the trap that day!
