It's been a long and difficult road, but I made it!

Fun with your human.

If your person thinks they are getting old, you should lay in their hair when they're asleep. This morning when I woke up the girl at 0430, she was so tired she could barely see. You should of heard her scream when her squinty, sleepy eyes saw a gray hair in her precious auburn hair laying on the pillow. It took her about half an hour to realize it was my hair. Hillarious. I think I'll start sleeping in her underwear drawer.

It's obvious to me that I am perfect.

If you can get a Himalayan Guinea Pig:

or a smooshy face Pug:

or this Himalayan Rabbit:

Then it's obvious that I am completely normal and perfect.

My person must be confused.

"Complete Himalayan breed description:
The Himalayan, also called colourpoint Persian, is a breed of cat with extremely long, fluffy fur, and the blue eyes and the points of a Siamese. Himalayan is the American term, while in Europe they are referred to as colourpoint Persians. They were bred from Siamese (for the markings) and Persians (for coat-length and temperament), and share characteristics of both breeds. These cats are sweet-tempered, intelligent, social and good companions. Because of their heritage from the Siamese cats they tend to be more active than ordinary Persians. Their coat needs daily attention and grooming, because, like many long-haired cats, they have an abundance of fur."

This bit about being sweet-tempered? Not so much. However, I'm obviously very intelligent because I've learned how to open the cupboards. Today, I was behind a container of oatmeal when my person came home. She didn't even find me until dinner.

BTW, someone may want to tell my person I would like a fish. I've seen them on the computer screen saver, and I like to touch them. Ergo, if my person got me a fish, it would be my best friend. Just one fish.....just one slow fish in a shallow bowl.

If I don't eat at exactly 5:05pm, I will perish.

It's been almost two and a half weeks since my person found me. I knew she loved me as soon as she saw me, I'm just that perfect. She, however, hasn't figured out everything it takes to please me.

In two and a half weeks, we've battled fleas, spaying, two weeks of the bathroom, face-washing and brushing twice a day, my first words and of course....my love of tuna.

My person isn't always my favorite, honestly, I probably wouldn't have left the bathroom if my grandpa hadn't come to visit. He is my favorite person. He's quiet and calm. He pets me slowly. He doesn't wash my face and brush me. I hope he comes back soon!

Ever since grandpa came, I discovered the rest of the house. There's LOTS of cupboards for me to pry open, bookshelves for me to hide on and toys for me to ignore. I think I may be okay here...as long as I get fed at exactly 5:05pm.
