My Administrative Duties

As the alpha in my house, it has come to my attention that not everyone is sleeping when they are supposed to. Dad falls asleep easily, and usually goes to bed on time, but Mom keeps getting up at odd hours and crashing around downstairs. Not very conducive to my rest-time.

There has also been a recent addition to the household that doesn't follow any sort of civilized schedule. It also looks like lunch. Sometimes lunch is in a purple orb and is set loose on the floor. Ridiculous. Yesterday lunch got out of it's cage and hid in the closet. I guarded it from the top of the water heater until Mom found it and put it back in it's cage. I was hoping to have it fed to me as a reward... oh well.

I have been living with a dog since September, and he's ok. I tolerate him since he learned that I'm in charge around here.
