Anna followed Tony home one day before they became indoor cats. she was even tinier than he was. she was so scared of people she wouldn't come to us. she is still so shy, most of our family have never seen her. but she loves her family and gives kisses and headbutts when she chooses to. she only loves Tony and won't have anything to do with any of the other cats.

Hi Furiends, mom is going to visit her aunt and uncle who have been furry sick. she will be away from Catster for a few days so if we miss a special day of yours, we will say Concats ahead of time. dad will be home to take care of us. he has promised not to sample our food heehee. we'll see you soon. purrs

Today i celebrate Mother and Father's Day together by telling you about something that happened last night. First let me tell you that my Mom is a little ditzy (umm maybe more than a little MOL) and my Dad has a great sense of humor.
last night Mom was fixing BBQ ribs for Dad and was taking the fat off the ribs before she put them on the table. she set the fat in a little dish as she worked. Dad walked in from work and said 'hey, there is still meat on some of this fat' - well he proceeded to nibble the meat from the dish.
he had pushed it around the dish a little then he suddenly got this funny look on his face. 'Was there cat food in this dish?' mom's eyes got big as saucers, she had forgotten in her haste to get supper on the table she had put the fat on a bit of wet cat food to throw out.
Dad cracked up and mom turned bright pink. all us kitties just rolled on the floor laughing. Dad, the great guy that he is just said, well now the cats can never say 'i haven't tried their food'.
just another day in the Tenneesee Kitties mountain home. wishing all the Moms and Dads a wonderfur Mother's and Father's Day filled with love and laughter.
