Why does everyone pick on me?

I know it must be some kind of crazy holiday for the humans, because there are things showing up in the house. Last time this happened, they put up a tree with dangly things, and then yelled at me and squirted me with the water bottle whenever I tried to play with it. Well, now, both of my aunties got flowers, but I'm not allowed to sniff them or chew on them, which is so not fair. Because they leave them up on the counter. I know, I know, I'm not allowed on the counter, but they make it even MORE tempting! It's so tough to be a kitten!

It is so windy here! It's making me absolutely nuts! My mommy goes to school and I have to sleep here with the wind blowing! I lay down to nap, and I get woken up. I walk over to eat, and the wind bothers me. I try to drink out of the toilet, and the wind picks up and scares me! Make it stop!

My daddy bought me some catnip yesterday! I never had any before. This stuff rocks!!!

my toes hurt

I am recovering from my surgery aside from the icky medicine and my toes hurting. The vet told mommy that I am a demon cat, but mommy knows that I am just stressed out. She feels really badly about having to have me there for the whole day, but I am happy to be home, so I guess I will forgive her. I was disappointed that daddy didn't come with her to pick me up, though. I heard the vet say that I am not allowed to snuggle in bed with mommy for awhile, and I will have to sleep in a cage because I can't jump off of anything! This is so not fair! I guess also when mommy has to leave this weekend I have to stay in a cage, too, because mommy's roomate is going to be gone, too, and her other one is flaky and kind of mean! I will keep you all updated... my toes hurt too much to type too much.
