Arrival Story:
He was a stray found on Paynes Prairie State Park in Florida around Thanksgiving 1999. Haley moved into a church residence near the university on a temporary basis, but soon became beloved. So, he happily stayed on to meow at people coming in and out of the church office from the upstairs door. He has since boarded a plane and moved across the United States to Washington state.
Bio:
Haley misses the sunshine and when it appears he basks in it.
He is named after Halley's Comet because he used to grab shiny jewelry and dash around the house with it. The spelling changed at the vet's office and the slight southern accent changed the pronunciation.

I am hoping Mom carves the pumpkin to look like my cool cat pumpkin background. Of course who needs decorations. Aren't I enough?
Maybe Mom will let me answer the door on Halloween. I would like to see the outside again. That is, if it isn't too cold or scary.

Yes. I have officially lost it. I attacked my blanket over the weekend. I then dragged it across the floor and wrapped it around me to look like a mummy. Then I dashed out of it. Lastly I dragged it even closer the parents and took a nap. Maybe my goal was to be closer to everyone all along or maybe I really wanted it wrapped around me.
