Does anybody wanna take me home?

My second and third surgeries, and an update!

Well, I had my surgery to close my leg, and it went well. Unfortunately, because I had so little skin to close the wound, they had to stretch the skin so tight to close it that the stitches started ripping through my skin. I, Of course, had to play with those nice blue strings on my arm and I pulled them out. I had to have a third surgery (a re-do) and this time the vet said that I was healing up very nicely. The vet said that I could probably come home either Friday or Saturday, but it depends on how my stitches are doing. Did you hear that? I may get to go back home!
Of course, I now have ANOTHER issue *big sigh* the vet dude thinks that I may be diabetic..... I eat and drink a lot more than normal kitties, but everytime the vet has tested my blood suger it was low. So, THAT indicates that i'm hypoglycemic... Anybody else getting mixed messages or is it just me? MOL. Well, the vet is supposed to test my blood sugar one more time and if it's still weird, he's going to do a full battery blood test. Yuck.
Well anyways, i'll try to keep everybody posted.

Another stay at the vet

Well, Bo is at the vet again... We had a really hard time keeping his bandages on, I re-wrapped his leg 5 times yesterday. Anyways, he went to the vet today,he isn't going to have surgery today because his leg still had some pus in it, and it is still infected. The vet put a bunch of antiseptics on the wound and cleaned it out real well and rebandaged it, they are hoping to do surgery tomorrow. If he can have the surgery tomorrow, he will hopefully be on the road to recovery pretty soon.
So please keep purring and praying, Bo still needs it.

Uh oh....

Mom said that I was a bad boy today... I kinda, sorta, maybe a little bit, took off my purple casty thing. But it was bothering me!! Well, mom had a look at the skin before re-wrapping it, and it's not growing. I don't know what they are going to do, mom and Mrs.Ginger ( the lady in charge of the rescue) are wondering if they are going to try to amputate....I sure hope not! I like my leg! Even if it does have 4-5 holes in it.... Well, please purr for me, i'll write more when I know more.
