Arrival Story:
Mom and Daddy had moved overseas to Guam just before I was born. My cat mommy died and I was all alone in the wild, until someone rescued me and took me the base veterinary clinic. There they nursed me to health and put me up for adoption. Mommy instatnly fell in love with me. I was very tiny and could fit in daddy's hand. I loved to sleep on their shoulder.

I was born in Guam and lived there for two years from 2001 to 2003. We moved from Guam to Elk Grove, California in June 2003 where we lived until May 2005 when Mom and Dad bought a house in Olivehurst. We all love our new home. I'm a little camera shy. We moved into a great big house with stairs and I love it! i enjoy chasing Minnie up and down the stairs. However, the last week she has been locked in one of the bathrooms for the evenings and when Dad and Mom are gone. She has been pottying on the couch and it has not made Mom and Dad very happy. In fact, it still smells from the last soiling. Mom has been working really hard to get the smell out. She had no problem with all the others, but this one seems to be quite difficult.
Hopefully soon, Minnie will be fixed and she will stop this behavior or I might lose my little sister. Mom is just waiting for the return call with an appointment date.
Dad has left for a trip and will be back in 6 weeks. When I'm not in the bathroom keeping Minnie company, I'm cuddled up with Mom on the bed or couch or rolling around the room that she is unpacking in.

Like Minnie, I Had My Own Adventure

I got locked in the garage on Sunday. I have been curious about it for awhile I have made it down the stairs a few times, but mom always ushers me quickly into the house. This time she was so busy bringing her bags from her weekend trip that she didn't see me slip out this time. At first, it was nice. I enjoyed my exploration of the garage. Mom and Dad have a lot of stuff.
Anyway, I was locked in the garage all night. I heard Mom calling for me and she came out a few times, but I didn't come to her so she went back inside.
She told me she was worried about me when she found me Monday afternoon. She was so worried that she didn't sleep. She said that she looked all over, practically turning the house upside down-under furniture, between furniture, in closets and cabinets, everywhere.
Mom found me in the garage Monday afternoon. I was laying on a pillow just below the window. That was the warmest place, and the night was kind of cold. Good thing I still have my winter coat. When Mom spotted me, she reached up to me and carried me inside the house. There, I slept on her lap and she loved me, I followed her around the house, gave Minnie a little bath, played with Minnie, and curled up on Mom's lap again. She is so happy that I'm okay, and I enjoyed my adventure, although it was a bit too long.
