Arrival Story: After getting horribly lonely at my first apartment I decided I definetly wanted to pay the pet deposit and have a cat when I moved into my new one. I went to the animal shelter one day looking for a young kitten, preferably female, fur color didn't matter to me(but I do love silver cats). I went to the kitten room and was shown a cage of a litter of 8-week old kittens and this little girl came right up to the cage. I held her for a bit and decided instantly that she was perfect and I wanted her. I went to the bank and got the cash, filled out the paperwork and brought her home with me.

I like to go outside. I like to eat the grass. It's yummy even when it does make me puke.
I vocalize about going outside a lot. Playing around the door and such.
But mama is mean! She finally put me on my leash and took me outside and the ground was covered in wet white stuff! I could barely see the grass, letalone eat it without getting the wet stuff all over my face.
Then she decides to parade me around to show off my humiliation in public while she payed the rent and got the mail. Well when we got out of the office I had had enough! I jumped down, broke free from my collar and leash and ran
and ran
and ran
a few yards up to a chain-link fence when I realized I had no clue where I was and mama was screaming at me. She picked me up all "I'm-a-dominate-mama-cat" style when we got the mail, but them made me stop to look at a guys picture of his cat on his phone.
I hope this ride on the humiliation train is done with for a LONG time.
But I still want to go out and eat the grass. But I think I'll wear some booties next time, I hate getting my paws wet.
Anyway, not long after my first birthday we took a long drive to a new place mama called our new house. But then about 4 months ago we came back to my grandmas place, and then took a short drive and arrived at the same house! Outside it's different, but inside it's all the same(well except for some furniture re-arrangement, and mama says the walls are going to be painted now that we're all settled).
Now our grandma comes over a lot more often, so I guess we're back in this town again, and we're not going anywhere anytime soon.
A big huge porch was just built outside, so I get to go out there and play a lot. Except I didn't like going out today because it was raining.
Also mama was so super impressed with The Catnip Cottage in Tulsa and mama and grandma are disgusted with the lack-of-good-cat boarding in this town, so they recently went to visit the Catnip Cottage and they gave mama and grandma the okay and lotsa tips on starting a good luxury cat boarding business in our town, so they're hoping to start that within the coming year.
I turned 1 year old on July 27th! Mama says she wishes we could've had a bigger celebration, but we're moving 3 hours northeast to a place called Claremore Oklahoma very very soon, so a lot of stuff is all packed away.
But I still had a party! Mama designed me a cake out of a can of 9 Lives Ocean-Fish flavored cat food and Ocean-Fish flavored Feline Greenies(my two favorite foods!) and it even had a pink candle on it! After mama, Grandma, and papa-Zachy sang the Happy Birthday song to me and I ate my cake I got to open presents! And I got a lot of presents:
A "Kitty Cube" toy(from grandma)
A Super Mario sound-effects toy(from papa-Zachy. He used to wear it all the time and I absolutely love the noises it makes, so he gave it to me)
A pink and white birthday dress(from mama)
Stuff mice toys(from mama)
A "Scrunch'n'Punch" thing which is basically a wire tree-thing that dangles cat toys(also from mama)
I had a great first birthday and I look forward to many many more in the future!
