It's been pretty cold here in Wisconsin this winter, so the last few weeks I've been spending a lot of time on the recliner, sleeping on my sherpa blanket.
I've decided that Arya is my intern. She's currently in training to be a kitty nurse. She's been doing a pretty good job by monitoring Mom when she takes a nap, though I need to get her to stop burrowing into the blankets right next to Mom and scratching her. I keep telling her to lay at the end of the bed, but she doesn't listen.
Arya is also doing well making strange meowing noises while having a toy in her mouth. I was even kind enough to give her a demonstration on proper freaky meow technique last night. Arya was very impressed and is currently picking out toys to use to perfect her own technique. I have high hopes for her.
My whole family is so sad to hear that Catster is discontinuing the wonderful community we have all created here on Catster.
If anyone on Facebook would like to be friends with my meowmy so you can continue to hear about us (and hopefully we'll hear about you!), please send my Mom a friend request. Her name is Heather Stuebs
I can't believe what Mom and Dad did. They brought in foster kittens! There are 5 of them in our extra bedroom. Dad brought me upstairs to look at them through the baby gate and one of them climbed the gate to try to get me!!
I was really scared and ran away. I don't want anything to do with those scary creatures!
