Its rough being top cat!

Today was just an ordinary day. I had to get treats from mom three times before she left for work..and a kitty massage. I went to my favorite nap spot on the top of the bookcase before she went to work...which is where I was when she got home....*yawn*....I then had to meow incecently so that I got the attention I deserved...stupid dogs were jumping all over the place. I then had dinner, treats and another kitty massage....I did have to snuggle with Samson a little bit on the bed...but that's only becasue it irritates the heck out of him...hee hee.....*sigh*.....its rough being so beautiful and having to contend with the dogs and other cats for attention and treats...but in the end I know that I wear the crown around here!

Birds!

Well...its been a while since I brought my mom any presents...so I brought her a bird today! It was a cute little thing - and fun to play with too. I know she loves to come home and find the feather trail leading to the remains...and they are soooo fun to catch too! Purrrrrrrrrrrr!

MMMMMMMoths!

Tonight I caught a HUGE moth! It was fun to bring into Mom's room and let fly around so I could chase it! But then I was afraid it would get away...so...I ate it! Mom thinks I am crazy...but I just like to keep my kill close to me!! =) Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

presents for Mom

Well...My Mom seemed to enjoy the bird so much, I thought I would bring her another present last night! I caught this really big lizard....but it was missing its tail by the time I got it to her...but she seemed to enjoy it anyway - I still got treats for bringing it in!!! MEOW!!!!!

Mice!

Wow..I have been busy! I caught a few field mice and left one in Mom's room and another in the kitchen....they are fun to play with! Autnie Trish is not amused...but Mom always gives me treats! Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Gotta go see what else I can find!

Got a Bird....

Well...apparently there are a lot of little baby birds arond here...and I brought one home to my Mom. It was completely unharmed (I wanted to bring it home alive) and I dropped on my Mom at about 11:00 p.m the other night. Poor thing was naked and blind - so Mom got up and took him to Project Wildlife so he could be raised and released back into the wild......maybe I can find him again when he has feathers!

Grasshoppers....

well, I have been staying out of trouble...mostly. But there seems to be a large population of grasshoppers lately, so there is never a short supply of gifts to bring mom!

It's been awhile

Well - it has been quite some time since I made an entry, largely due to the fact that my human has been too busy with school and work - but I somehow manage to get my fair share of attention. I've mainly just been making sure that she gives me my evening massage, regardless of if she is trying to study! I still have to put up with all the other cats and dogs in this house, but I just ignore them.
I'm thankful that Fall is here and, if it ever gets cold enough, I can do some nighttime cuddling!
