Arrival Story: Sam was a Xmas present (Xmas Eve) when he was 8 weeks old. The best present I've ever received. I just love him we bonded right away. He always wants to be near me, I call him my little magnet. We've been thru alot together and he is truly my very best friend!
Bio: Sam is a loving, gentle, and very mellow kitty, and follows me around all day. He is such a sweet boy, and doesn't seem to be afraid of much. He looks forward to his daily walk with me. Mom says I need the exercise. I love to go in the garden where I find lots of catnip, she planted for me. He is truly a mama's boy.
He loves attention and has me trained just right. He is also very friendly to everyone he meets. I am so blessed to have him in my life.

Sammie was diagnosed with CRF in August 2008. He did pretty well until this summer (August 2009) was diagnosed with liver lymphoma.
He made his journey to the bridge on August 21, 2009. He was my soul mate and will furever live in my heart. I miss you so much my gentle little man.

Mom's heart is heavy this week as it's my 17th Birthday and my first at the Bridge celebrating with my angel friends. Mom and I use to spend the week celebrating both our Birthdays as her's is Sunday.

It's been two months since you went home, your
sweet, sweet memories still lingers on. It's been a long road
for me you see, but I know your soul is resting in thee. His
golden hands have taken you home, but my love for you still
carries on.
It's so hard to believe it's been a whole month since we said our goodbyes. It's been a difficult month and I miss you my sweet boy. I look out your garden window everyday and miss you sitting there on your cushion. I miss you at dinnertime where you would sit on your chair with us begging for chicken if that was on the menu. I miss those quiet moments in the evening where we sat on our chaise together on the deck watching the fire flies, and the canadian geese fly above, and our many walks in the yard, you always looked forward to them. Those are just a few of the memories I hold so dear. I'm lost without you. I will treasure those wonderful memories of you always.. Fly free!
