Arrival Story:
We were camping & caving with several other couples.
We were camped at a fair grounds. Across a set of R.R. Tracks was a lumber yard. As soon as I woke up that morning my friend
Angie was waiting outside for me. She said "I heard a baby kitty
crying over in the lumber yard".
No one else was awake so we went over in search of the kitty.
We looked for a few minutes& called Kitty Kitty, but got no response. As we turned to go back to the camper,we finally heard a weak meow. Further looking found a White Kitten
3-4 months old.He was NOT people friendly !!
We got hold of him & struggled back to camp. I took him in
the camper & as soon as I turned him loose he settled down on
a seat cushion. He must have been starved because Larry got
out of bed & had soon feed this cat 4 hotdogs (not good, as we had a 2&1/2 hr. drive home).
We named him Karma 'cause he was the 2'nd white Kitten we had found while camping with the same group of friends. So it must have been Karma.
Bio:
We took Karma to the vet the next day. His face was a mess. One
side of his face had been hit or kicked. He had a broken jaw that
was almost healed(albeit it was crooked), His upper nose also had a large knot where it had been broken & was healing. The Vet said that resetting them was not a good option. He also had a double crook in his tail that had already healed wrong.
Poor Little Kitty, What did you deal with before we found you?
Karma died in his sleep on the sofa one Sunday in November 2004. We will never know the cause(autopsy is expensive). We Just know that we give him a 8 years in a loving home.We will always have him in our hearts.

I want to thank all of my friends who left me the gifts for Christmas. There is no way Meowmy can respond personally to you all. But please know that we love all of our friends & truly appreciate the rememberances !!!

My Seven Random Facts:
1. My nickname from Dad was Muggly Cat. Cause of my broken nose &
crooked jaw.
2. I hated being picked up or held. I would struggle & growl at anyone who ever tried. The only variation to this was if I was outside. If I was taken out of the house I would get scared & bury my head in an arm or shoulder & quit struggling for release.
3. I loved to be petted. I would head bump your leg if it was time to love me. STILL don't pick me up !!!
4. The old man (brother Smokey) never did get along with me. We lived in the same house for 9 years, & he still growled if we came within 3 ft. of each other.
5. I Loved snuggling up with my fur brother Snow.
6. My favorite nap spot was on the top of the kitchen cabinets.
7. I would climb up Mom if she was opening a can of tuna. That was my favorite food !!!!!
