1 Year Anniversary

Hello Friends,
It is hard to believe that it has been a whole years since I left my Mom & Dad. It is nice to be well & see all the cool things here at the bridge. I look in on the family often. I can tell they miss me just as bad as they did the day I left.
(from Mom) It may have been a year sweet Baby, But I miss you more than words can say !! You were my first little girl Kitty. I remember that fuzzy kitten Dad brought home, still damp from the flea bath that Dad made them give you. You nuzzled into my neck & into my heart, where you remain to this day. Your going to the bridge left a deep wound in our lives. Me & Dad cried earlier today as we remembered that this is the first anniversary of your departure.
Thank You for sharing such a large part of your love & life with us. we will continue to think of you often, Until we can join you again.

Baby's last day

This is the second hardest thing that a pet owner will ever have to do,
and that is write a last entry for someone that has been a part of your
life for 14 years. As those of you that have been looking in on Baby for
the past eight months will know she has been fighting a losing battle
with cancer. On the 26th. I will do the hardest thing I have ever had to
do in my life. She will be shown the last and greatest act of love that can
be shown. I will bring an end to her fight. For the past few days Baby
has gotten steadily worse, not wanting to eat or drink. She has lost so
weight that she is just skin and bones. The end has come just as the vet.
said it would,and as such, is not pretty. To let her go on and suffer
because we don't have the strength to let go would be wrong. But doing
the right thing is hurting us more than I can say. Baby will live on in our
hearts, just as Karma does, and will always be a part of our lives. For all
you that have prayed for Baby and wished her well we thank you, and I
ask you to take some small peace in knowing that her journey is over.
