Arrival Story: Mickey belonged to a co-worker - the kitten of her cat. They had adopted out all the other kittens but this one - so I took him. He was about 6 months old when I took him in.
Bio: I didn't have Mickey very long - just a few years. He got into some ribbon that I'd hidden after wrapping a birthday gift and ate the ribbon.
He was the most affectionate cat - when he was still little he would lie on my shoulder when I was on the sofa. Unfortunately I discovered that I was badly allergic to him - (and all tabby cats as I later found out), but he wasn't going anywhere.
He always had that look to him that said he was planning something. One night as I watched him make off with a soaking wet spinge I followed him to see where he was taking the booty. The treasure trove I found under my bed!!! Amazing!
