Arrival Story: I went to the humane society to adopt a kitten (Puddkitty). As I was leaving, my friend, the director of the humane society showed me this orange tabby that had been left on their doorstep. She was well cared for, but extremely unhappy at the shelter. I was holding her & she was gripping me as if her life depended on it - so she came home with me too. She was an older cat - my vet guessed her to be about 5 or so.
Bio: Mo Kitty lived with me for about 5 years before she got ill - not even the vets could come up with why she started to lose weight so drastically. Eventually she lost the use of her hind legs & we knew it was time to send her over the Rainbow Bridge.
