Pounce likes to chase (and sometimes catch) chipmunks and birds in our fenced yard. She especially likes her human dad, and doesn't like it when he goes to work.

In her bed in the front window where she can keep an eye on the squirrels.

Arrival Story:
I adopted Pounce from a local rescue called Angel's Wish. She had been residing at a vet clinic, and was bossing all the other cats around.
Bio:
According to Pounce's vet records, she used to weigh 29 lbs. She weighed 19 lbs. when we adopted her and is now a healthy 14 lbs. She loves to eat.

What a special week this will be! I am honored and thankful.
I've been enjoying the weather lots. We got fresh grass and catnip available all day for snacking. I've been slowing down a bit this year and spending less time in my yard and more time sleeping inside. (Although I did catch my first chipmunk of the year yesterday.)
My mom has been working at a house up the street that she says we may move into later. But if things keep improving, we may stay here where us kitties are happy and content.
