Arrival Story: QUOTED FROM MOM: When I got my first apartment that allowed cats, I went to the pound to pick out a kitten. I found one and visited with her for several minutes. It was love at first sight. But the people who ran the pound needed to call my landlord to verify that they allowed cats in their building. They told me to come back to pick her up in a couple hours. A few hours later, I returned to the pound and they brought out my cat in a cardboard box. My mom paid for her (as a housewarming gift) and we went to the car. When I opened the box to let her out in the car, I realized it was not the same cat I had visited with earlier in the day. I was mortified! We took the cat back into the pound and I ran back to the room where the kittens were. There was one kitten left(ME!). My mom demanded they give me the other kitten ( in addition to this one I already had walked out with) for free. They happened to be littermates. So I ended up with a BOGO deal on the "Sisters and Twins!"
