Do you remember Pancake? You know, the little Monday Miracle kitty Pancake with two legs? Not ringing any bells yet? What if I jog your memory by saying that at the time we described her as being “the kitten with two and a half legs,” with her semi-limb being something like a “nub,” and that she’s also a fan of play sessions soundtracked by Burt Bacharach songs?
Okay, maybe a picture will work better. Here is Ms. Cake in all her fluffball glory.
Right, now we’re back on track. Well, it transpires that Pancake recently celebrated her first birthday in June — which seemed like an appropriate excuse to catch up with her adventures. Here is what’s been happening in Pancake’s world.
According to her Facebook page, “This is how Pancake checks things out, always on her back. It’s easier for her to watch what’s happening!”
Back in September of last year, Pancake moved houses. She’s said to have adjusted well — and has even become more of an adventurous kitty in her new spot!
Pancake is a professional moth hunter.
Pancake is one sweet-looking cat — but she has also developed a possessive fierceness when it comes to her toys.
Pancake is fully aware of her feline duty to sit on any and all computer keyboards and laptops that come her way.
She has questionable reading taste. Let’s just leave it at that.
This smart cookie kitty has quickly mastered the ancient art of the window lounging session.
She has also worked out a way of hopping up and down the stairs!
But we try not to mention the couch incident.
