The polls are closed. The judges votes have been cast. The 2006 World's Coolest Winners have been announced. See them now!

This contest was super fun and we are so happy that so many others had a great time too. What a difficult time the judges had choosing from the wonderful dog and cat finalists. The only job more difficult than that was up to the community as a whole: voting for Best In Show!

In the first round of voting there were a whopping 1.27+ million votes were cast and our 150 dog and cat finalists were chosen based upon having the highest overall average vote. Our judges selected the winners in each category and Best In Show was chosen by the thousands of Dogster and Catster members.

All winners were announced December 7th, 2006.

Once again congratulations to all winners, finalists and each and every one of the 27,657 entrants for making this such a wonderful photo show.
