You Bought a Space Heater? It Could Be a Cat

Good news: You now have a kitty to warm you. Bad news: You have to get the cat out of the box.

When the person who bought this fan heater picked it out at the store, do you think he or she expected to find a cat in the box? It's a new trend that's going around in these tough economic times of limited resources -- no longer able to source the materials to produce an actual fan heater and striving to reduce the use of electricity, companies are now packaging cats to use as heaters. It's actually very simple. All you need to do is feed the cat, sit on the couch, and pretend to be attempting to complete work, and the cat will come sit in your lap, warming you with its body heat.

Well, not really, but we can agree that cats are probably nature's best heaters. Like hot-water bottles or those little socks of rice you stick in the microwave, a cat in your lap can help cure soreness or ease a bad mood. Not only that, but purring might actually promote healing. Crazy, right?

This video is actually about the love of one cat for a cardboard box. No matter how hard the person in the video tries, the cat does not want to leave the cozy confines of her box. We admit, it looks like the box fits perfectly. The cat looks snug in her cardboard container. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
