Worst customer service in the universe

If you want any kind of personal service, forget going here. You will never see the same vet twice. All the vets will give you different advice. You won't be able to make an appointment for at least three weeks if you want an evening or weekend appointment. Staff will be rude, difficult and unhelpful. I tried to make an appointment for my puppy to be spayed, nobody even called me back. So much for the ASPCA's big push on spay/neutering. You will feel very much like these people could not care less about your animal.

Friendly & Genuinely Caring

Every year my mam and pap take me to the ASPCA for my annual check-up and they always treat me real special. They make a doctor's appointment feel less scary. The doctors there always compliment me and give me extra rubs. This year Dr. Romsland saw me and she is now my favorite! She made me so comfortable that I lied on the floor and did not cry. She even checked behind my eyeballs like an optometrist would by turning out the lights and shining a funny light. My mam was very happy about that because no other doctor has checked there for me. Hip hip hooray for the ASPCA. (I also was adopted from there and they took good care of me until my Mam & Pap brought me home).

The Vets are Great, but the Wait is Very Long

I used to go to ASPCA, but now I just gave up. Vets are great and very friendly there. But management are totally messed up. Normal wait on the phone for apointment is about 15 minutes. Then I had to wait again, up to 1.5 hours, when I'm there even with an appointment! And all thse are just for regular annual checkup, nothing urgent. I saw people who were walk-ins had to wait couple hours to be seen. Imagine how frustrated that is when you're with a sick puppy.

I Came From The ASPCA!

My mom fosters for the ASPCA and me and my brother Pandabear were two of her foster kittens. We were neutered and given all our shots at the ASPCA and all our brothers and sisters were treated wonderfully there and adopted to forever homes! Even my cat mom was adopted! I say, the ASPCA is a wonderful place to adopt a furry friend. Won't you go by today to visit the dogs and cats? You can even volunteer there and make a dog or cat's day brighter. They love visitors there!
