We have only been to Neel twice. Once for a routine kitty vaccine/spay and once for an emergency (cat swallowed yarn). Both times they were incredibly busy. They were efficient and informed. The facilities were clean. They did a wonderful job on both cats. As far as service goes, I would give these guys 5 stars. They are wonderful doctors. However, they are very high priced. Even for the emergency. I know emergency vet service is expensive, but it was double what most emergency clinics in the area charge. I ended up paying close to $500 for a (non emergency) kitty spay, vaccines, deworm, and flea prevention. That is way too much. I routinely have the exact same services performed at Piedmont Vet Clinic and it is always $181.posted: June 1st, 2007

Absolutely wonderful vets that saved my dogs life and, at the end of her life, helped her pass to the rainbow bridge with peace and dignity at home. Be prepared for a wait in their open waiting room, but it is worth it. These are the best vets in Oklahoma City.
