Wonderful vets and staff!

This is an amazing veterinary practice! They have extremely knowledgeable doctors and staff. They really care for the well-being of all their patients and will do whatever it takes to make a sick animal into the healthy, happy pet their family knows and loves. Although they tend to be on the pricey side, the incredible facilities and technology (ex: digital radiographs) are the reasoning behind the high prices. They gave me a wonderful opportunity to be a veterinary technician while in undergrad and I can honestly say I would probably not be in veterinary school if it wasn't for them. It would be an honor to go back and work for Dr. Glenn and Dr. Yantorni once I become a veterinarian :-)

Stay away!!! They have really gone down hill!

I have been going to this vet for over ten years. Since they have changed locations from across the street I have notice a SEVERE decline across the board. They used to be over priced but worth it. Now they are just overpriced!!! We boarded our dog in their "lodge"... I thought it was funny YOU HAD TO PAY FOR A BATH before pick up. Now I know why... they let the dogs stay in their own and other dogs feces. Don't let the shiny new digs fool you... STAY AWAY!!! They gave my dog worms and then over charged me to treat. I was told i could order meds online to save a few... after waiting 10 days I get a call saying they don't do that. I would have to come back in and pay $5/ prescription. So now I have to bring my newborn baby and 3 year old back into the place that has a severe worm infestation to pick up a stupid prescription. This happened to a 10 year customer who has spent thousands with over the years. (By the way we have boarded at lots of places over the years and this is the first time our dog got worms.) Stay away please!

We had to drive a foster dog there since the rescue was in the Orlando area. The staff was really friendly and understanding. They called the rescue organization and had everything together 5 minutes after we arrived. We were very impressed.

Great All-Around Vet

We've seen every vet at EOAH, but our current vet-of-choice is Dr. Manley. She's very thorough and a good listener. Though EOAH is about a 20 minute drive for us, we've been going there for almost 5 years. I like that they are open 7 days a week and that there are so many vets on staff - if you have an emergency and your regular doc isn't available, you can usually get in with another one pretty quickly. Their new offices are very spacious. We haven't used them for grooming or boarding, and I have had some "administrative" issues trying to get prescriptions and such filled correctly. I attribute this to a certain amount of understaffing and a fast-growing practice. Things get mixed up. But everyone is very nice and helpful, and they will often go the extra mile.

East Orlando Animal Hospital

Dr. Glenn is my favorite vet. He takes care of me and my brothers, Zack and Mesa. The employees there are so friendly and they remember me on each visit. Valerie grooms me every two weeks and does a beautiful job, as you can see! My Mom and Dad are very satisfied with the clinic and are happy with the vets and staff. They boarded me with my brothers for a couple of days there and I liked it because we got lots of attention.
