“This is a large park with a big open area fenced in as a dog park. The other part of the park is hiking trails. It's very pretty and a little ways out in the country.”

Verona Dog ParkOur favorite dog park! Lots of trails, secure fence and entrance. Tends to be crowded on weekends and after work, but go on off-hours to avoid crowds. |
Fun Place to RunThis is an absolutely beautiful place to go. It's got lots of foliage and places to play, trails to follow and places to wander. It's really big, so even when there are lots of other dogs there you can generally avoid them if you want to (or play with them if you want to!). There's a picnic area inside the gate with trash bins and a shelter with benches and tables. Usually there is plastic box of treats there with a weight on it too, but it's often a good idea to bring your own (especially if you have a little dog, since the treats are really big) in case it's empty. Everyone I've ever met there has been friendly and the dogs have generally been well behaved, if energetic. It's great to be able to go off-leash and run in such a pretty place! |
