Is there a negative paw?

I wouldn't even give them one paw if I could help it. They buy puppy mill puppies and declaw kittens by default. I once asked if I could come in when they got new kittens in and pick one out before they declawed it and they said, "No. We don't want the liablity if it scratches someone." Yikes! Selling all of those other animals doesn't score brownie point with me either if you want a rabbit, snake, pocket pet go to the humane society or find a breed rescue on the web. I also agree with another reviewer that the staff is less than helpful and some are down right rude.

Self-wash is ok

The self-service wash is ok. They provide you with pretty much everything you need. However, I found the staff unhelpful and not very friendly. Also, disappointing selection of dog products.

Declaw?!

It's a neat looking store, but the cat toy and cat furniture selection was disappointing. Most disturbing was a sign that said, "all kittens will be fixed and declawed." I can't believe any pet store is still declawing cats automatically! Spay/Neuter - YES! Declaw - NO! The decision to declaw should be between a pet owner and vet.
