Animals are excellent acupuncture patients and I have been privileged to help many pets gain their health and vitality back by restoring the correct flow of energy and thereby alleviating much pain and stagnation. Acupuncture is so gentle and animals respond so well -- there is no placebo effect! Many dogs and cats feel better immediately after a treatment. What a great alternative for animals who may not be responding well to standard veterinary treatments and medications. I am trained in both conventional medicine as well as traditional Chinese veterinary medicine and can help you decide what treatment or combination of treatments may best suit your pet. I truly believe that by combining traditional and modern methods of healing --bringing together the paths of the east and the west--wonderful things can happen, and a natural balance of well-being may be attained.
