Campgrounds 5425 Mt Philo Road Charlotte, VT 05445 This scenic park offers some great hiking areas and is the state's oldest state park. Because of the steep road, trailers are not recommended. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for no additional pet fee, and they must be declared at the time of reservation. All dogs must have proof of rabies inoculation, be on no more than a 10 foot leash or crated, and cleaned up after at all times. Dogs must be quiet, well behaved, and never left unattended.
