Best vet ever!

I was very sick when mom brought me home. Dr. Gerlach took such great care of me. I felt better in no time! They take time to answer all mom's questions. Mom has never been happier with their professionalism and superior service. Even my sister likes them.

Exceptional care within walking distance

This clinic is just outside of the Downtown area of Norfolk, VA, in an area known as Ghent. Its location makes it extremely convenient to locals, but its doctors and staff make it an asset to the community. We've been going there from Day One, and Mom wouldn't dream of taking us anywhere else. The doctors are so incredibly caring, and the staff of techs, assistants, and customer service all make a point of knowing the patients. The services that they offer are along the lines of what most veterinary practices provide, but it is with an element of proffesionalism and caring that is not always found these days. We give Dog and Cat five paws!
