Awful ExperienceWhen we rescued our dog from a shelter this is where they sent him to be neutered. They were very unfriendly here and didn't seem to have any patience for the animals at all. Wait times are awful, your appointment may be at 2:00 but be prepared to sit in the patient room for at least an hour. They also will charge you for every single thing and minute you spend there. I found them to be unhelpful when I had questions. When we decided to find a new vet and asked that our file be faxed to our new vet they were snotty and never did send the records. I wouldn't recommend this animal hospital to anyone. |
