Bad employees

I generally try to stay away from big pet stores like this, but this one is close to my house and sometimes I need to get something quickly. Anyway, while they have a pretty good selection, the employees there are TERRIBLE. Literally everytime I go in, they are all sitting on the counters and glare at me with contempt for coming in. Last time I went in, the three of them were sharing a pizza on the counter. I had to stand there for a good 30 seconds before someone helped me, and then the girl charged me twice for one item, and argued with me about it. Also, there are always loose birds and hamsters/gerbils/etc running around the store. Terrible.
