“A gorgeous spot of nature right in downtown Salt Lake City, Memory Grove is a popular area for dogs and their people. Freedom Trail is the off-leash area, where there is a stream to play in and plenty of trails to explore.”
FYI Memory Grove isn't all officially off-leash. Although a lot of dogs do play off-leash in the grassy area below the pond, I've seen animal control there giving tickets. The official off-leash spot is the freedom trail that runs through the park on the east side.It's a nice trail with lots of fun places to play. |

I love this walk!This walk is close to home, and I love playing in the water. I have seen many different kinds of dogs - from big Great Danes to little Pugs - all running off leash. There's plenty of shade if you need a break from the hot sun, and lots of places to explore and hide. |
