Great PlaceRev loves staying with Doug. We take him there twice a week for the day to socialize and burn energy as well as boarding him when we go out of town. He's excited every time we pull into the drive and sleeps extremely well after we pick him up. Rev was adopted so we didn't really know anything about his background so the socialization he gets at Doug's has been essential to enabling him to get along great with all other animals. If you are an owner who needs to constantly check in on your dog via webcam or by calling in then this probably isn't the place for you. If you want your dog to go somewhere where he'll meet tons of other dogs of all sizes, play, and learn to obey rules then this is definitely the place to send your pet. I recommend Doug to all my friends with dogs and they all feel the same way about the experience. Thank you Doug for taking good care of our pup while we're away. |
Best Place Out of All Of Austin!!!Strong statement, but i have checked out a TON of daycare and boarding facilities in the austin area and none of them compare to the way doug does things!! He is very big on making sure the introduction is as perfect as possible between all dogs. most places just throw the dogs in the playroom and thats that. but doug establishes his status with the dog then introduces them from afar, then through a fence, then almost one at a time... its all done at his house with a HUGE yard... (2 acres i believe) which is awsome and gives the dogs room to run, and have some space if they are getting tired; which is a lot better than them being cramped in a room on top of each other. Doug has done a great job and lance absolutley loves it! and its SSSSSSSSOOOOOOO well priced.... call ANY other facility and the cheapest i have found for your dog to go somewher and play with other dogs all day is 17$ he only chargs 7$ for the whole day! and 20$ to stay overnight!!! which makes me and lance very happy, before when i was paying 20$ at another facility i could only take him once a week. now i am able to take hime 2-3 times a week. |
