“PetSmart located in the Turkey Creek shopping center. They have a full-service groomer, Banfield pet hospital, adoptions, training... and a nice grassy area in the parking lot to "relieve" the stress of the road.”

Worst experience ever

I took Tundra to the groomer today and though it was a different location, he has been to PetSmart before with no issues. The girl at the counter was much less than friendly when I dropped him off and when I went to pick him up they informed me that they had been unable to dry him or clip his nails. The concerned me greatly because he has never had any issues before. The girl also continually called him (an unfixed stud dog) a she, which makes me wonder how well they bathed him. I was charged full price for the services, despite him being, wet, unbrushed and his nails being unclipped. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will NOT be back

We love Petsmart

This is a great place. And everyone is so friendly, from the staff to the other customers in the store.

Currently my favorite.

There are two PetSmart stores in Knoxville.. with a new one coming to my home town at the end of this month (Official Grand Opening Sep 07). Of the two Knoxville ones, this is by far my favorite. They have more room to stroll around in and an outdoor grassy area for potty breaks. The trainers frequently stroll around the store and don't hesitate to stop and give little impromptu lessons and treats to the pups who are shopping. The groomers have trimmed my nails a couple times and were always very nice. Got my microchips here too. If you visit on the right days, they give out coupons for free vet visits.
