TERRIBLE.DO NOT take your animal here!!! I went to pick him up and no one answered the door. I kept knocking and calling the house with no answer finally her son came to the door and said his mom needed to get dressed and they had been telling people to come to the second door cause they couldn't hear the knocking (NO ONE TOLD ME THIS!), and left me standing there. TWO hours after arriving to pick him up, I got my dog back. If this wasn't enough, I get him home and he is covered with fleas, which my cats now are dealing with too.
